Skyhawk Technologies of WI, LLC offers onsite service agreements. We don't believe in the one size fits all concepts so we customize to give you exactly what you need. Agreements are based on blocks of time. Sometimes you might just need someone to talk you through a problem on the phone and other times you will need a technician to arrive onsite to diagnose and fix. We can customize an agreement to fit your budget.
One of our new services offered to our clients is the ability to create a trouble ticket right online. Once you have created the trouble ticket a technician will contact you to schedule an onsite visit or talk you through the fix over the phone. Phone support requires a service agreement. Anyone in need of onsite support can register at our Help Center and request onsite service.
